Do You Know Where You’re Going To?

Cool song title as well but do you know where you are headed for?

It sounds tired and corny I know and yet most people have no clue what they want out of life or where they want to be next week, let alone in 3, 6 or 12 months.

I consider not setting goals the number 1 way people sabotage their own success. Perhaps, deep down they think that if they don’t set a goal then they can never fail at it. Often though (myself included), we lapse into activity for the sake if it because at least we are busy.

Tim Ferris says that business is a form of laziness. Who am I to argue.

Well, some people like to fly by the seat of their pants, and just see what happens.

I think that not having goals is irresponsible.

I am confused. How is business a form of laziness?

I think I understand what you mean about business being a form of laziness. I did it for a number of years. I just continued to do the same thing (even though I was unhappy) because it was easier than doing something else. It’s just being complacent.
