How to Hire Somebody in 5 Minutes

Online business dealStuck reading through a book I’d had written for me, I’d become tired by the third read through and still finding mistakes and typos despite the writer claming it has been proof read.

I applied the rule I like to use at work. Each of my days is worth $1000 and if a job is going to take up valueable product creation time, be boring and can be outsourced and cost less then that then I hire a professional to do the grunt work for me. Five minutes after deciding to delegate I had hired a professional proofer for the job at exactly $100.Elance.com has made many tens of thousands of dollars out of me. Elance.com has also saved me many, many weeks of hard and frustrating work and allowed me to make tens of thousands of dollars per month. It’s the perfect win win.

Next time you have a boring but essential job which needs doing. Consider outsourcing. I put the job post up, send out some automatic  invites and back came a top person for the job with good references and experience.

Elance is really a great website for people looking for jobs and workers alike. Been working online for almost 3 years now and Elance never let me down.
