As a web marketer you are always on the lookout for cool things to add value to your site or other products. I know for my IT membership websites I was looking for a quiz generation tool so the students could take some exams to check their level of knowledge and understanding.
This was how I first discovered Wondershare QuizCreator. It’s undergone a few upgrades since I first started and is now a really easy-to-use quiz creation tool. It allows you to import images or videos into your quizzes. Questions can be multiple choice, drag and drop, fill in the blank or single answer. You can add your own logo, a timer, helpful hits and integrate with SCORM which is an online quiz recording service.
If you have some sort of learning content and want to add value to it then QuizCreator may be the thing you need. It allows you to output files in Flash, Word or .exe format. But this is where the biggest flaw comes in. There is no way to create quizzes which will work on mobile devices such as iPads. Flash won’t work on them so the best solution would be HTML5 but Wondershare won’t or can’t do this at the moment.
For this reason I have had to stop using it but have no alternative at the moment. If your audience is PC only then you will really enjoy using QuizCreator. If they use iPads then forget it.
A great pity really so for this reason – thumbs down.
